Gem State Comic Con is right around the corner!
I’m happy to announce that I’ll be attending 2024 Gem State Comic Con event this April!

This event is a pop culture and comic convention that celebrates a plethora of fandoms. Attendees find their favorite authors, actors, artists, and cosplayers representing everything from anime to comics to television, movies, and more. Come check out the special guests like Sean Astin, local artists, and authors including yours truly – J. L. Stowers.
They’ll also have panels, games, photo ops, and much more. It’s a family friendly event and I’m excited to attend this year with my sci-fi author friend LJ Dix! We share a passion for space opera and look forward to sharing our books with all of you. Another author friend, fantasy/LitRPG author Jeremy Fabiano will also be joining us.

I’ll be bringing a few science fiction books including the first 5 episodes of the Ardent Redux Saga space opera, as well as the season 1 omnibus. You can pre-purchase your copy here – on Amazon – or purchase one at the event on April 6th and 7th, 2023. However, please keep in mind that in-person copies are limited.
I’ll also have a few copies of the post-apocalyptic colonization book The Cost of Survival and Project Genesis from the Genesis Rising series as well.
